Pet Care Visits:

Standard visits are 30 minutes in the Clients home...which Includes everyday basic care needs. 
*DUE TO LIMITED STAFF WE NO LONGER OFFER OVERNIGHT SERVICES.
In place we can do a max of 3 visits per day for our doggie friends.
*WE DO NOT OFFER BOARDING SERVICES.​
​RATES:
  • 30 MINUTES - $35.00
  • 45 MINUTES - $45.00
  • 60 MINUTES - $55.00
  • *Increased rate may apply near high volume traffic areas and by travel distance. 
  • Lots of TLC and interaction if your pet is social.
  • Simple household duties and keep your home secure.
  • We assign 2 Pet Care Providers to cover shifts or as back ups.

Private Dog Walks:

Individual attention to your pup. No group walks.
Unless same family. Rate may vary based on # of dogs and situation.

  • 30 MINUTES - $35.00  
  • 45 MINUTES - $45.00
  • 60 MINUTES - $60.00
Regular Monthly Clients 3+ more days receive a 10% discount.
Walks may be altered or canceled due to weather conditions.

​Administer Medications:

Vet Tech Assistance ability to give medication. 
*ALL MEDICATIONS MUST BE PRESCRIBED BY YOUR VETERINARIAN.
*WE DO NOT GIVE VACCINATIONS or PERFORM EUTHANASIA.

  • Sub Q Fluids
  • Injections
  • Bladder Expression {Inquire for availability}

​Nail Trims:

CATS ONLY. Should be scheduled every 4-6 weeks to keep up maintenance. 
*NOT DOING DOGS AT THIS TIME.
  • RATES - $35.00 1 Cat. 
  • Each additional cat $10 add on.
  • Helpful to have kitties in a room where there's no hiding spot or crate before our arrival.

Pet Taxi Service:

PET TAXI SERVICE:
Unable to take your pet to the Vet Hospital or groomers?
​We can provide transportation.
  • RATES - $45 PER 1/2 HOUR.
  • Must be scheduled a minimum of 5 days in advance.

ADDITIONAL RATES / INFORMATION

MEET AND GREETS:
We offer 30 minute Complimentary Meet and Greets. Gives us a chance to meet you and your pet in your home to view routine and evaluate fit.
  • All new clients are required to have a meet and greet before service is provided
  • MUST BE SCHEDULED AT A MINIMUN OF 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
  • OTHERWISE THERE'S A $20 FEE.

REACQUAINTANCE MEET:
Re-introduction meet if we have not seen your pet for over a year...if instructions can not be given by phone or email.
  • RATE - $20 for 30 minute meet.
  • Required if change in health status or medication.
  • New Furry addition.
  • Changes in living arrangements.​

OUT OF AREA CLIENTS:
Our regular service area covers Areas between Orinda and Walnut Creek and Surrounding up to Alamo and through Martinez. *Rates can vary near high traffic areas such as Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, and Alamo.

  • Restrictions apply...
  • STARTING RATE - $50.00
  • Minimum notice to book is a week in advance.​​​
KEYS:
We no longer keep keys on file. 
  • All NEW CLIENTS are required to purchase a company issued lockbox  at the time of the Meet and Greet.
  • LOCK BOX RATE - $20 REFUNDABLE when services are no longer needed.
  • CURRENT CLIENTS who keys are not currently on file will be required to purchase a lockbox as well.

OTHER FEES:

  • LATE BOOK FEE - $20
  • For Services NOT requested 24hrs in advance or by 3pm the day before.
  • All Major Holidays carry a Surcharge per visit.
  • RATE - $5 Extra PER VISIT
Services requested outside our normal Business Hours of 8am-7pm Sunday-Saturday.
  • RATE - $20 
Store Runs for additional supplies.
